Casie LLC provides a software as a service platform that facilitates the collection, analysis, and dissemination of data.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, and appropriateness of all data you provide, and you are responsible for maintaining and backing up any data that you use with our Services.

4. Use and Restrictions

Neither these Terms nor your use of the Services convey or grant to you any rights in or related to the Services, except for the limited license granted above, or to use or reference in any manner Casie LLC's company names, logos, product and service names, trademarks, or service marks.
6. Termination
Casie LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason or for no reason at all, without prior notice or any notice.
7. Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Casie LLC makes no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.
8. Liability Limitation
In no event will Casie LLC, its affiliates or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers or directors be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, this service.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Casie LLC, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Services, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.
10. Changes to the Terms
Casie LLC reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any lawsuit arising from or related to the Services will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
